The Intergrown Pyrite from Navajún (La Rioja, Spain) catches the eye immediately due to the way its natural cubes grow by crossing and interpenetrating one another, creating striking geometric figures. Mined from the well-known Ampliación a Victoria Mine, these specimens stand out for their exceptionally smooth faces and a spectacular golden metallic shine.
As this is a 100% natural process, no two pieces are identical: the position and way the cubes join together vary in every specimen, achieving a unique three-dimensional shape.
